The house has been recently refurbished and is about 100 years old.  The entrance hall leads to the through lounge/dining room.  The lounge has tv, video, dvd and stereo.  The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, breakfast bar, ample storage space and worktops with a lovely view over the Purbeck hills and the sea.

      The first floor has three bedrooms.

One bedroom has 2 single beds, built in wardrobes,

bay window (with a sea glimpse!)  The second

bedroom has a double bed (5 feet) and is next

to the shower room with toilet.  The third

bedroom is small with a cabin bed and sofa

bed included.  There is also a cot, should you

need it.

On the lower ground floor is a bathroom with toilet, there

is a  utility room with fridge, freezer, washing machine and

airing cupboard and an extra room to use as you please

eg extra sleeping area (there are 2 futons provided),

or breakfast room.  This leads out to the garden

through patio doors. The garden is terraced and comprises 2 decks with outside lighting.  The upper level provides outstanding views to the hills and the sea...  There is a

lawned area with access to a further decked area.  

There is garden furniture and a wifi access.
